In the first phase of strategy assessment, Agnitio personnel will hold interactive sessions with key client personnel to determine the key aspects of current business practices, strategies and the related technical environment. During the project, Agnitio will conduct the review sessions, on site if required and analyze current business practices and strategies. We will then identify key strategic objectives, success criteria, and any hurdles to be overcome. This will result in the development of a detailed plan, tailored to your strategic objectives, specifying the scope and deliverables of the second phase – the generation of the Strategic Plan.
The scope of the second phase may include business criteria, processes and procedures, market direction and requirements, corporate positioning/branding, operational and geographic considerations, corporate structure, key performance indicators and other related topics. The result will be a strategic plan, with an outlook from one to seven years, with a “living” operational plan for each of those years. Agnitio will provide a clear statement of vision, mission and objectives; goals, action plans, and corporate development strategies that align with core competencies and specific market needs; insight on service/product definition, pricing strategies and operations; and performance measurement criteria.
